Prohibited and Premium Items
Due to recycling and environmental laws and surcharges, we have to pay at the commercial tips premium rates for certain items. Also some items are prohibited. Below is a list of all prohibited and premium items. It will be the customers responsibility to ensure any items prohibited are not offered for collection and also to place premium items in clear view.

Surcharges for "POP's" items containing persistent organic pollutants
Please note that due to the governments new "POPS" guidelines and regulations all padded seating items carry the following surcharges. These surcharges are payable by us as waste carriers to the commercial tips for the proper disposal and incineration of such items. Use the link to the .gov website for more information
